NeuroBeat is a free platform that helps people use rhythm and drumming as a practical tool to improve brain health and overall wellbeing.
Think of us as a drum shop for the mind, helping you find your rhythm, tune your focus, and get your brain working at its best.

We help people take an active role in their brain health, using rhythm, drumming and simple everyday practices.
We give you the tools to tune your focus, coordination and wellbeing, with support from a trusted community when you need it.
Everything is built around learning through play and experimentation, bringing together research, guidance and practical resources in one simple space to explore.

NeuroBeat is built around an experiment loop. Start by checking your brain health, choosing a goal, then following three steps:
Explore how rhythm can support you
Play through simple, practical activities
Reflect on what changed
Repeat the loop to find what works for you.

This is where it all began. Our founder.
Five years old. Christmas morning.
First drum kit. Pure joy.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to discover that same joy, and the health benefits that come with it.
We want to make rhythm accessible.
And make brain health simple, for everyone.

If drumming is part of your life, you can help change someone else’s.
From touring artists to everyday players, every voice helps amplify the message.
We’re building a community of drummers who believe in the power of rhythm to improve physical, cognitive and mental health. Whether you’re playing on stage, teaching, recording, or sharing your groove online, you can help us reach people who need this.
As a Friend of NeuroBeat, you’ll help spread the science and share the benefits of drumming with your audience, your students and your community.
Choose your level of involvement. All we ask is to support the message, and pass it on.
